Mr. Parry,
Hello, my name is Elise Derstine and I would like to inquire about photographing one of the Women’s Volleyball games here at Penn State. I’m currently a junior, going into Fine Arts with a focus in photography and possibly double majoring with photojournalism. I’m taking a sports and motion photography class this semester where I am able to photograph a football game from the sideline and a men's hockey game from the glass, and I would love the opportunity to photograph a volleyball game from the sideline. I've never really had a huge connection to sports, but throughout high school, volleyball was the one sport that I was excited to participate in. Our Women's Volleyball team is excellent and I would love to photograph the skills that have gotten us to multiple NCAA championships.
